Experience the vibration of sound through mantra, music, and guided meditation to:
Energetically connect to your body through your energy centers and visualizations
Disconnect from the movement of your mind
Land deeply in your spiritual relationship
These teachings can be incorporated into any spiritual or religious practice, and Sarah loves to work with spiritual and community leaders outside of yoga to create a bridge between our practices and yours.
Goddess Circles
Reconnect with the feminine in and around you through storytelling, ritual, embodied practice and breath work, yoni art and education, and lessons on lunar and seasonal living. Goddess circles are a loving way to mark and celebrate transition points in our lives (puberty, childbirth, birthdays, peri-menopause, and menopause) and can be cultivated to meet your specific intentions and audience. Feminine and masculine energy resides in all of us, therefore goddess circles can be and are not necessarily gender exclusive.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Mindfulness practices - including breath work, meditation, and nervous system regulation - have been clinically proven to improve health, decrease anxiety, and improve work/life balance. Sarah offers workshops throughout the community on incorporating these practices in your daily life - in the workplace, school, and within your family structures. Her unique perspective as an engineer and mother of five enable her to offer realistic tools that she has utilized to manage the unpredictable demands of modern, urban life.
