All classes are beginner-friendly and as advanced as you would like, non-heated or lightly heated. Public classes include āsana (physical movement), prānāyāma (breath work), mantra, and meditation. The only prerequisites are an open mind and heart!

Private study incorporates psychosomatic exploration into your new or established yoga or other movement practice. Sessions may include breathwork, meditation, journaling, and lifestyle recommendations based on the teachings of yoga and Ayurveda.
